We offer DCSM on SaaS i.e. Software as a Service pricing model where you can pay per user per month which makes this solution risk free for clients and 100% acceptable.

Employees geo location is sent to server whenever they book order, payment collection or enter dealer visits. Admin can view their daily activity report on map.

GPS is provided by network provider. It doesnot need internet connection. So if internet is not accessible the geo location will be saved alongwith order, payment and dealer visit and will be submitted when internet is available.

We provide data back ups upto 'before 24 hours' in case some data gets deleted by your sales staff.

The mobile app requires internet connection to download product catalog, beat route plans, schemes for the first time, once those are downloaded data will be saved in device and can be accessed offline also. For order booking, payment and dealer visit also internet connection is not compulsary. Offline orders, payments and visits are saved in device and sent when internet is available.

In your admin dashboard there is a link Install Android App for DCSM android app in Google Play Store. Install it on your mobile.

We provide onsite staff training if required by company and the cost will be borne by the company.

Install the android app on sales staff's android phone. Admin will add employees from web admin panel. Provide each employee his password and userid will be their mobile number (same which was used while adding employee).
